Why always the confrontational approach?
Forget the breaching process. How about seeking a positive, productive and cooperative solution to the dam. The local and state community wants to preserve Manchaug Pond and the company want out. Sounds like the same goal. How about sitting down, all friendly like, with the powers that be to work out a plan that gets everyone to that goal?
